Our preventive maintenance visits will insure that your system continues to work dependably in a standardized manner. Every summer break, we will inspect your systems, check all cables and connectors, and fine tune your equipment to standardized manufacturer specifications.
We will also provide an inventory report detailing the technology in every classroom, complete with serial numbers. Not only do you get quality maintenance, but you'll get an inventory list too!

Service Package Benefits
- One visit to every classroom.
- Each piece of audio visual equipment will be identified and recorded in a spread sheet by classroom. (ceiling speakers, ceiling projectors, SMART board, SMART panel)
- Lamp hours will be given for all rooms with in ceiling projectors.
- Smarter Systems will make sure each audio visual system / classroom is fully functioning before the beginning of school.
- List of any missing equipment will be given to the district quoted for easy ordering. (cables, pens, remotes)
- Detailed spreadsheet of all serial numbers, asset tags and description of each classroom system will be given to the district upon completion.
- Smarter Systems will also provide recommendations of classrooms that need to be replaced or updated.
