Matt was out here today and wow, was he helpful. He solved a couple of problems that had been driving me nuts in short order! He also got our SMART Table working enough to at least use a little while we wait for the replacement top.

I just wanted to let you know that Luis Neves was wonderful! He was a joy to talk with and was very personable. I checked in on him on Monday to make sure everything was going well and he made a point of showing me that everything was in working order.

Luis Neves and Charles Armond came out to our school on Wednesday to address a SmartBoard ticket I had submitted, and I asked them for your contact information because I wanted to pass on what an excellent job they did. They were so competent and knowledgeable, and really took the time not only to listen to and thoroughly address our issues, but also to show and explain some things to me as they worked so that I will be better able to address certain issues myself in the future. I teach 3rd grade and my SMART Board has been flashing blue/green. It has been very difficult to teach my class with this inconvenience, especially when I had no idea what was wrong with my technology.
