Luis Neves and Charles Armond came out to our school on Wednesday to address a SmartBoard ticket I had submitted, and I asked them for your contact information because I wanted to pass on what an excellent job they did. They were so competent and knowledgeable, and really took the time not only to listen to and thoroughly address our issues, but also to show and explain some things to me as they worked so that I will be better able to address certain issues myself in the future. I told them we’d like to request them every time!

I teach 3rd grade and my SMART Board has been flashing blue/green. It has been very difficult to teach my class with this inconvenience, especially when I had no idea what was wrong with my technology. Your technician, Luis, came this afternoon and replaced my projector and fixed the problem. He was SO kind, informative, courteous, and helpful. I greatly appreciate his time and efforts.
